B&G VHF V100-B System, AIS+GPS-500, Handset, Speaker Wi-Fi Antenna

The V-100-B VHF marine radio from B&G features built-in GPS and a Class B AIS transceiver, allowing the user to see and be seen by AIS-equipped vessels. This marine radio allows the user to stay connected from anywhere on board with the possibility of up to eight connected handsets (4 wired and 4 wireless) and 4 external speakers. This model’s Class B AIS transceiver not only receives AIS targets but also transmits the boat’s position to nearby AIS-equipped vessels, helping other mariners to spot the boat through any conditions, day or night. The built-in AIS receiver also monitors the position of other AIS-equipped vessels, helping to avoid collisions in crowded harbours and waterways. AIS information can be viewed on the radio’s built-in screen or overlaid on a chart or radar screen through a compatible multifunction display. V100 series VHF radios come with one wired handset and one speaker. There is the option of adding four more B&G H60 wireless and three more H100 wired handsets, along with up to three additional external speakers, converting the V100 to a radio/on-board intercom.
