International Perfection Pro Undercoat is part of a 3 part system curated of the Base, Activator & Converter. The undercoat has been specifically formulated to be used under Perfection Pro Topcoat. It is quick drying and easy to use, offering time saving benefits. Designed to be applied either by brush or roller application. The base is available in either black or white and can be combined together to create shades of grey to allow for easier application and a more even coverage.
