The Mastervolt 61002600 AGM battery provides very fast discharge at very high currents, making it ideal for use as an engine starter battery. The electrolyte (a mixture of sulphuric acid and water) is mostly absorbed in glass fibre, and there is no gas formation with normal use of the battery. It is entirely maintenance free and it can be installed anywhere.
